Our product Baya is inspired by the design of the nest the weaver birds build from grass and leaves during the monsoon. They are woven in intricate and beautiful patterns by the male baya weaver. We can find these nests generally hanging from the branch of a tree. Baya is a hanging basket made of Banana fibre threads that are weaved intricately by our artisans to create a beautiful decorative container to grow plants.
