Ghoomar, the name comes from the word ghoomna, meaning pirouetting or spinning around. Traditionally, Young girls took part in this dance, making it known to everyone that they were stepping into womanhood.
Bahi is an alluring set of bowls made of channapatna craft and teak wood, inspired by this beautiful dance form from the state of Rajasthan. The idea is to incorporate the Indianness in the nut-bowls with enhanced usability and aesthetics.
