Paisley is a teardrop-shaped motif with a curved upper end, an ornamental motif and one of the favourites of textile designers in India and across the globe. From its ancient Persian and Indian origins with its hidden messages and mysterious symbolism, the iconic motif has had quite a journey. The seed-like shape is thought to represent fertility, has connections with Hinduism, and also bears an intriguing resemblance to the famous yin-yang symbol.
Paisley uniquely redefines the paisley in the form of a chip and dip platter. The platter has been divided into two compartments to serve up your favourite snacks along with a small circular portion for a dip bowl.
