Nirantharaa brings you our latest addition to our coaster family called Spice coaster Each coaster is handcrafted using eco-friendly Channapatna wood, a traditional craft that been practiced over two centuries in Karnataka, India.
What makes these coasters truly special is the incorporation of different spices of India onto each one. The coaster is carefully hand-painted with illustrations of different spices used in Indian cuisine such as turmeric,cardamom, cinnamon, and cumin, amongst others. These spices are an integral part of Indian cuisine and have been used for centuries to add flavor and aroma to our Indian dishes.
Not only are these coasters stunningly beautiful and perfect for adding a unique touch to your table setting, but they are also functional and protect your surfaces from heat and moisture damage. The smooth finish of the wood provides a protective layer, ensuring that the coasters are durable and long-lasting.
