Mandala has its origin in the classical Indian language of Sanskrit. It represents wholeness and can be seen as a model for the organizational structure of life itself–a cosmic diagram that reminds us of our relation to the infinite, the world that extends both beyond and within our bodies and minds.
Inspired by this imagery, we bring you Tantra, an art within art. Tantra is a beautiful set of coasters with hand-drawn art-forms from different parts of India. Each mandala art is hand-drawn on a channapatna wood plate creating a spiritual bond with the user. Here at Nirantharaa we are offering not one but multiple variations of beautiful, rustic Indian art; Kalamkari , Madhubani, Gondh, Pichwai, Warli and various forms of Mandala dot.
