Boats and Kerala are synonymous with each other. Onam, the festival of Pookalam (Flowers), Sadhya (feast) and Vallam Kali (Boat Games) is where this platter derives its inspiration from.
It is a unique blend of this rich southern culture with amazing handicrafts from the rest of India. Vallam as platter is our tribute to the diversified culture of India.
