Placing of order, shipping, cancellation and refund

An order can be placed as follows: A User can select a product on the Website as per availability and place an order online as per the option provided. Upon an order being placed, an order ID will be generated and issued against such order.

Supply of Products: The Company will provide estimated timelines for delivery of products to the User. The availability and estimated delivery is determined based on the availability of the products and the location of the User. If any location of the User is beyond the service area, the same will be informed by the Company. All pricing of products will include taxes and delivery charges.
All the products will be shipped within 48 hours from the time of the order confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund: CALLA LILLY PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been packed & shipped.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the company has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is different from the ones ordered by you, please bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by CALLA LILLY PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  • Orders once placed can be cancelled only within 11:59 pm on the same date & day of placing the order. In case of any cancellation, the amount will be refunded either as credit or refunded to the source card or source bank through which payment was received within 9-15 days from the date of confirmation of cancellation. Cancellations are subject to the terms of the company.  An order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Defect

In case of any defect in the product supplied, then the User shall have the option to raise a request for replacement or exchange with supporting photos. Any defect must be brought to the attention of the Company within 24 hours of delivery of the product at the place of delivery designated. In case if the defect is acknowledged by the Company, the Company may either refund the price (upon receipt of the return of product) or replace the product at no additional cost to the User.
